Our thriving State Farm agency in Duluth, GA, is seeking a motivated and outgoing individual to join our winning team as an Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member. Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships; follow up with clients as needed.
- Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing goals.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Meet with clients to manage risk and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Make sales calls to active leads and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Sell insurance and other financial products while implementing innovative marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Personable, outgoing, and people-oriented.
- Strong organizational and marketing skills.
- Self-motivated, hardworking, and confident.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire for teamwork and competition.
- Must be able to obtain a Property and Casualty License and a Life/Health License.
- Ability to achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals.
